Training offer for your adjustment systems
From the 2nd half of 2025, we will be offering customized training courses for the operation and maintenance of our adjustment systems.
Our programs are divided into different modules and can be combined individually.
Training content:
Basic training for operators:
- Axle and component influences on toe camber
- Function and structure of the setting system
- Function of the individual assemblies (spring replacement device, hub gripper, rubber bearing clamping device, etc.)
- Function of the set-up master / measuring cross (counter-measurement set-up master)
- System influences on toe camber
- Measuring computer function - Operation and important functions
- Manual operation of the machine
Training for maintenance technicians:
- Maintenance and repair
- Extended measuring computer function (error analysis on the measuring computer)
- Performing system MFU with set-up master and calibration
Extended training packages:
- Tightening programs incl. their function (AtlasCopco or Bosch)
- PLC sequence of the presetting system
- Measuring the presetting system with the FaroArm
- Function measuring computer counter presets / presetting values / offset maintenance End of Line
- Replacing the hub gripper/hub bell
- Replacing the spring loading unit
