In case of a malfunction of your machine or plant, our 24-hour service will help you to bring it back into production in the shortest possible time. Due to our in-house engineering we are always able to provide you with a specialist.

Our engineers and technicians offer assistance by telephone or provide teleservice to ensure short response times and reduced downtime. Should an on-site repair become necessary, our qualified employees are on site worldwide in the shortest possible time.

We assist with identification, provide information on prices and delivery times, arrange shipping and advise on the development of customer-specific spare parts concepts and the optimization of your spare parts stock.

Easy and fast processing of your goods return & repair

Behind every relief is a good idea: In order to make the processing of your returns or repairs simpler, more efficient and faster, we have introduced an MRP (Merchandise Redelivery Process), which in the meantime has proven to be very advantageous for our customers. Because of a clear and precise allocation of your returns and repairs we can handle them more efficiently.

By sending us the completed MRP form, you also provide us in advance with all the important details about your goods return. This enables us to achieve a significant reduction in processing time and deal with your request more quickly.

This is how easy your goods return works

  • Please send the completed MRP form to service@aue-kassel.de.
  • We will immediately send you your MRP number by email. This is your authorization to return this item. The MRP number is valid for 2 months from the date of notification..
  • Please wrap the item carefully, write your MRP number clearly on the outside of the package and send it to us at the following address:
